The Muscle Hustle

Move better
first

Personal and small-group training built around how your body actually moves. One-on-one, with a partner, or in a group — plus athletic development and nutrition coaching.

The idea

Training to look better won't make you move better. Training to move better will help you look better.

Every athlete starts with an assessment, not a workout. We find out how you actually move — where you're stiff, where you're compensating, what hurts — and build the programming from there. The aesthetics take care of themselves.

Assessed, not guessed

Your first session is a movement screen. Everything after it is written for the body you actually have.

Coached every rep

Group sizes are capped so a coach is genuinely watching, not counting heads from across the room.

Built to last

Injury prevention isn't a bolt-on. Joints, tendons, and connective tissue get programmed for directly.

Ways to train

Pick your format

One-on-one if you want undivided attention, a partner if you want accountability, a group if you want a room. Every one of them is coached live.

Next door

We share a wall
with a wrestling club

That turns out to be useful in both directions. Wrestlers get real off-mat strength work and injury prevention. Wrestling parents get a coached session in the exact ninety minutes their kid is on the mat, instead of a wait in the parking lot.
