A full competitive season with the Red Raiders. Technique from stance and motion up through advanced positions, live wrestling, and dual meets in the ICWL of Southeast PA. Beginners are genuinely welcome — most of our wrestlers started knowing nothing.

First time on a mat

A shorter, gentler introduction for our youngest wrestlers. Movement games, body awareness, and the handful of positions that make everything else make sense. One practice a week, no competition required.

Open mat for club wrestlers and visiting athletes. Coaches on hand for questions, live wrestling for whoever wants it. Good for offseason work or trying the club before committing to a season.
